Adventure Dining

Evening horseback rides to Beano's Cabin on Beaver Creek Mountain offer one of the most unique and memorable dining experiences in Colorado during the summer, a feast for the senses. This is not just a Beaver Creek dining experience like no other, but a way to experience the spectacular Beaver Creek mountain with a horseback ride through what was once ranch land and is now national forest land and ski runs. Enjoy fantastic, luxurious dining after a relaxing horse back ride at one of Vail and Beaver Creek's finest, on-mountain restaurants along Larkspur ski run.

Beano's is named after its original settler, Frank Beinkowski. This legendary restaurant has an open lawn and wraparound deck at the foot of the towering Grouse Mountain, where the U.S. Men's Downhill Championship is held annually each December. A historic trapper's cabin dating back to the 1800s is located near the restaurant. Porcupine, foxes and deer visit the restaurant and adjoining meadow every evening.
